CARE MEDICAL
WHY DOES ALEPH AND TAW OFFER MEDICAL CONSULTATIONS AROUND THE WORLD?
Between 3 and 4 billion people worldwide fall ill or require medical care every year. In disadvantaged countries, this number rises to between 2.5 to 3 billion. These estimates, though global, illustrate the magnitude of the situation.
In light of this reality, Aleph and Taw Nations' vision is to send teams of doctors, nurses, and even gynecologists on missions to provide essential care.
Access to healthcare is often extremely limited. In Eswatini or Mayotte, for example, some people had never met a doctor in their lives. On-site, we welcome the sick, listen attentively to them, examine them, and prescribe the necessary treatments which we provide. The teams treat a wide range of conditions, from minor ailments to incurable diseases. However, beyond medical care, we take time to share the Gospel with each patient. When human resources reach their limits, or even when they don't, we pray for them, and we witness many healings occurring through faith.
"They shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover."
Mark 16:18
